It came into my mind that I didn’t do the process correctly or worst my computer had some software or hardware malfunction when I installed my new game and it didn’t work. I asked my friends who also installed the same game and they advised to try installing it again; I did and it still didn’t work giving me a huge headache as I thought I had to buy a new laptop. All I needed was an updated driver from my video card manufacturer, according to my techie brother, which means I just needed to download driver on my laptop. He found out that the best place to download a driver is direct from the hardware manufacturer, after an online research, so we went to the hardware manufacturer’s site and downloaded the latest version. Since the manufacturer is the original source drivers downloaded from the manufacturer should be tested, up to date, and most importantly safe from bugs and malware. Safe and secure drivers are available in a lot of other websites if downloading drivers direct from the manufacturer is not possible. Usually, it takes less than 20 minutes, downloading drivers from manufacturers websites, every website is different so it’s impossible to give precise instructions on how to navigate through a catalog of driver downloads. Most support sites that I’ve visited gave instructions that were easy to follow, but if you have trouble finding your way around a specific website, you can contact the company directly. As soon as I installed the updated driver, my game installed and worked pretty well. All you need to remember is to check if your hardware have updated drivers, if not just download from their specific manufacturers immediately, if you have some problems about installing new software.
