It has been five years since our last meet up in New York, I was in Jacksonville, Florida to visit a classmate in college who was already based there after landing a job at the Foundation Financial Group as an Investment Analyst. My friend’s company was honoured for being one of the top financial services in the company according to an article that I read from the magazine in the airport lounge. The Foundation Financial Group was named by the magazine as one of the fastest-growing private corporations in the US and such inclusion on the list only showed that company is doing well amidst the economic turmoil. The CEO emphasized that the dedication being showed to its constituents brought them where they are right now and he acknowledged the contribution of its talented associates who worked very hard to place them in such position. He added as well that the company’s move of putting premium on its training programs proved successful by equipping their associates with the skills necessary to make them future leaders and managers which are important for a company to become more fruitful. It made me realized that my friend was very blessed for being employed by such institution that treasures its employees’ growth and help them build a promising future in the financial sector not like the majority which only provide such benefit to few individuals. At the bottom of the last page in that publication, it indicated a brief background of the company which is involved in the financial services, offering various products and is already operating in seven regional centers and has been graded A+ by Better Business Bureau. Indeed a good news for my friend who just arrived.
