When I don’t find something in my locality
Dec 26
It’s really good to order something that’s not normally found in your area and then have it delivered to you immediately—that’s what online purchasing gives people. This is the beauty of shopping in the internet. When I don’t find something in my locality, I buy it online. On the seller’s part, there is always that concern about the feared shopping cart abandonment. It’s really unfair to say that the seller is the one at fault when you abandon your cart. Abandoning a cart is sometimes just the whim of the client. The seller can commit lots of fault too though. First of these is that the shipping price is so high, the customer would opt to just imagine he had the product than to actually buy it. The other factor is that the customer might have ready comparison in hand while visiting the seller’s site. Then, there’s the long time it takes to go out from the shopping area; there are just a lot of data that the customer needs to fill out, he decides it’s not worth it. Like any other problem, cart abandonment can be avoided if not erased all together. Simplicity is the key. Customers don’t want any hassles when they go to buy things on the internet. So why give it to them in the first place? There is a way for any seller to keep everything clear, fast, and simple. The seller really just has to facilitate the need of customers to buy because when they come into the site, they probably will really buy.
